Fail

Full disclosure, I have never used a bong or water cooled equipment before. But I expected to able to load and use this item without too much grief and it seems obvious what it should do. But it has just been delivered and I have had a number of attempts to load it with water and not found a way to do it yet that doesn't culminate in water all up the inside of vape tube and down the pipe :-(
I expected it to load slowly from the top until just below the innermost lower tube, but it just keeps auto siphoning itself straight up through the two little air holes and down into the main pipe.
In fact the internal bowl never fills above those air holes.
There are no instructions, so I assume it should be obvious, but it isn't or I am thicker than most.
So a fail as far as I can tell.
