Good device does as advertised but its not smoothest transition from smoking.

You can’t beat the Sapphire for quality and price you don’t need to look any further than Vapefiend and Lewis Hamilton couldn’t deliver quicker if he lived round the corner

Not sure how to use capsules…are they occasional use only?
Also, they sometimes are difficult to remove from the vape.I now use a wipe to ensure they’re not sticky which might be the problem

Excellent little vape. Perfect for days out

I so wanted to give this Vape 5 stars....it is a quality product & nice to use...gives a nice cool smoke. Also the customer support from the company has been impeccable & they have patiently answered various questions. The only slight issue I have (& its mostly down to my own failings)...is the finish & the material it is made from....its a little bit sharp around the top rim....which is exacerbated if you happen to drop it (I did & I Invariably do!) Its chips slightly too easy, which leaves the user vulnerable to cuts etc....Pity, and a pity I'm so clumsy too! Other than that, perfect!!

Great price, quality vape. Needs cleaning before first use as has a plastic smell when heating up for the first time but apart from that it is very good for small sessions and a travel size vape.

Excellent dry herb vape, more difficult to clean, but worth it, nice compact and a large range of accessories. This is my favourite.

Good first vape, nice price point however it requires so much cleaning and the ceramic filter breaks very easily during cleaning when clogged up with oil, I’ve owned this vape for approximately 6 weeks and have had 3 filters break on me, not bad for occasional use or out and about but if you’re a frequent daily user I wouldn’t recommend

In 2018. I got the version of this with the screen. Its only just died in 2025!!!

Over the years I have bought them as gifts to friends, and they all loved it !

Brilliant product. Well built. Good price. This is a very well priced introduction without breaking the bank, you can also add to this as VF sell many different accessories to it.

Just keep it clean. Buy some IPA the pure alcohol type. No perfumes or anything else in the IPA. It does require cleaning, just be more gentle on the rubber parts keep the alcohol off that
