Delivery Information

Order by 2pm Monday – Friday for Same Day Dispatch.

All orders are packed in a discreet plain box with no name, logo, or branding visible.

Shipping Methods


  • Royal Mail 24 – Aim for Next Day Delivery (Mon–Sat)
    Delivery aims to arrive the next working day. Can take 1-2 days on occasions.
  • Royal Mail 48 – Aim for 2–3 Working Day Delivery (Mon–Sat)
    Delivery typically arrives within 2–3 working days. Delivery is not guaranteed.
  • Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm – Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
    Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next working day. Signature required.
  • DPD Standard – Aim for Next Day Delivery (Mon–Sat)
    Fully tracked service with delivery notifications. 
  • Parcelforce Next Day – Next Working Day Delivery
    Tracked delivery with signature on arrival.

Royal Mail, DPD, and Parcelforce do not deliver on public holidays.

Combining Orders

We always strive to combine orders whenever possible. If you place multiple orders in quick succession, they may be combined and shipped using a different delivery method than the one selected at checkout.

Same Day Dispatch (BT Postcodes)

If your postcode starts with BT, we recommend placing your order before 1pm (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch.

We need to manually process shipments to Northern Ireland, which is why the earlier cut-off applies.
