1. Point Expiration

• Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date of the purchase or earning activity.
• Any unredeemed points will automatically expire after 12 months and cannot be restored or reinstated.

2. Account Termination & Point Removal

• We reserve the right to modify, deduct, or remove rewards points from your account at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to suspend or close any customer rewards account without prior notice.
• Point removals or account suspensions may occur in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the rewards system, commercial reselling, or breach of these terms.

3. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

• Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be combined or moved between different accounts.
• Points hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or bank credit.

4. Returns & Refunds

• If you return an item or cancel an order, any points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your rewards balance.
• If points from a returned purchase have already been redeemed, your account balance may go into a negative point total.

5. Program Changes & Cancellation

• We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program (including point values, earning rates, and eligible items) at any time without notice.
