If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can request a refund or exchange if your item is unused and in the original condition you received it.
Every vaporizer that we sell comes with a full manufacturer's warranty. Our in-house technicians can solve any problems or faults right here in the UK, saving you the hassle of shipping your vape abroad if it goes wrong.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused/sealed in the original condition you received it.
- Items must have all seals/tags attached.
Unfortunately due to limited capacity and our safety protocols we are not able to carry out warranty service and repairs at this time. However we will honour all warranties that expire during this period. We are asking customers not to send any packages in to us until further notice. This includes returns of unwanted or faulty items. Again, we will honour all warranties and statutory rights, but we cannot guarantee any timescale for this. We kindly request that you please hold onto these items for the time being wherever possible, as this would greatly reduce the pressure on our hard-working skeleton staff.
We offer free returns for any faulty items for all EU customers, however you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Vapefiend.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at email@example.com or contact us using our contact form to let us know why you are returning the item and to receive details of where to send the item.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original unused condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened (seal broken) or are not in original condition. All returned items must be unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items, except in the case of UK or EU customers where the product is confirmed as faulty.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Vapefiend is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

It is your responsibility as the customer to thoroughly check each item that you order from us upon receipt, and to report any breakages or damage in transit within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
Glass or quartz items should be thoroughly inspected for damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt, as these items cannot be returned once used. We will replace any items reported as broken or damaged in transit so long as we are notified within 48 hours of the package being delivered. We are unable to replace items or refund payments for items that are not reported as broken or damaged in transit within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
