Import Duties
International customers (that are not within the EU) may be charged import duties,
taxesand administration fees by the shipping agent and/or customs service in their own country.
These fees are charged independently from Vapefiend,
and are not included in our shipping and handling fees.
These are the responsibility of the customer, and you will be contacted directly
by customs or local shipping agent to arrange payment before delivery of your order.
If you refuse delivery, import fees will be deducted from any refund
processed when the item is returned to Vapefiend.

If this payment or information is not provided by the stated deadline,
your items may be returned or destroyed. This process is outside of our control
