Santa Cruz Zero Plastic Shredder

I am certainly glad to have this in my collection, but it will never be my daily driver (gfl bcg in ss got my heart for now!). A grate, light, grinder for the road

My experiences with vapefiend via this channel has been very disastrous.
This is my email conversation. Whilst, they mostly have good reviews my experience is very bad on several occasions. I appreciate vapefiend will appear to have a legit response, I am sure some people would agree with me that there returns policy is crap and they did not allow any returns to take place.

"Can you tell me the returns policy for the crafty you sent me. The battery life is drastically terrible - less than 45 mins and less on another occasion. Also it is extremely harsh.

In the past I have bought from you PAX 2, dynavap, and plastic cheap santa cruz grinder.
All have always been unusable and I have lost much money to you. The pax 2 cooks through the herb in very quick time and the dynavap is just rubbish.

I appreciate I am too late for the returns of the pax and dynavap, however, I have come back in good time on this occasion.

I have no idea how you have such which reviews as I have failed to get any kind of benefit from you and have lost a lot of money to you

please advise on crafty refund

"I'm really sorry to hear that you're not enjoying your Crafty+. The Crafty+ is a powerful portable vaporizer that uses hybrid convection and conduction heating, battery life also depends on variables like the temperature setting and ambient temperatures. Lots of people find the battery life of the Crafty+ suitable for them, but it really depends on your usage. The Crafty+ is USB-C so can also be recharged via portable power bank.

10/10 service would recommend

I like it more than I thought I would.
The 3-piece is quite bulky in a trouser 👖 pocket but if positioned correctly the lid won't fall off.

I also have the Storz and Bickel grinder for a crafty. This produces a more coarse grind, which is better for specific uses

It's tough and works what else is there to say!

Does a good job grinding but can get gunked up quickly

Hoping this review will help someone not suffer the same misfortune as I have

Pros - love the colour, design, lightweight Vs metal one, feels nice in hand natural materials, and actually does a great job of making a fluffy grind

Cons - after a couple days, one of the teeth snapped into 3 pieces during grinding
I put in one little nug and it was hard to turn, next thing, snap city ... So lesson learned with this grinder be aware the teeth are not very strong, best to hand pick a nug into small pieces before grinding

Still quite disappointed it broke so easily, I will email about warranty because it's not like it came with any instructions so I used it just like anyone would ... Also no magnet on lid so top comes loose easily but I knew that before buying and wasnt an issue for me

I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this grinder but I find it gives a consistently excellent, fluffy grind that's fine enough to use in a dynavap. The 3-piece design is great too as you can leave material in the bottom section, to use later. The only down side is the top piece isn't magnet so it falls off if held upside down. Not enough to detract from the excellent function though.
