Can’t praise enough had a fault with VapeXhale contacted customer service and got it sorted a return qr sent back fixed all in less than a week I have been to different company’s for some of my stuff but will 100% always buy from here if they have it

My experience generally with Vapefiend has been superb, but in this specific instance, Vapefiend excelled themselves. My Cloud Evo (daily banger) went dead after appearing to overheat, after a brief email exchange, Vapefiend encouraged me to send the item back at no cost and they tested the device's electronics and also discovered cracks in the bamboo and so replaced this vital element free of charge. Got to say this was a life saver for me and the Evo was fixed and returned within a fortnight so I cannot really find fault with Vapefiend's service. There seems to be a good reason why they have such a good reputation.
