DPD International - France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands & Spain
Import duty/tax is included within the purchase price. You will NOT be charged an import duty/tax upon receipt of delivery.

Royal Mail International

Royal Mail shipping is temporarily suspended. We're currently making changes to reinstate all shipping methods.

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched the next working day and are usually delivered within 2-5 Business Days.

FAQ

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
All order require a signature. (please see above message regarding Corna Virus)
If no one is in to receive the package, it can be collected from your local Royal Mail Post Office or Collection Office which will be identified on a card your postman will post though your door or, if you prefer, you can re-arrange delivery by calling the telephone number on the card.

Lithium Batteries*
Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to offer Free International Delivery for any orders that include Lithium Batteries.

Customs and Import fees for International Customers
International customers may be charged import duties, taxes and administration fees by the shipping agent and/or customs service in their own country. These fees are charged independently from Vapefiend, and are not included in our shipping and handling fees. These are the responsibility of the customer, and you will be contacted directly by customs or local shipping agent to arrange payment before delivery of your order.

Some products may not be permitted to be imported into your country: this may include, but is not limited to certain e-liquids, herbal extracts, and herbal vaping blends. Vapefiend is not responsible for any items that are seized by your country's customs, so please ensure that these items are permitted by your customs before ordering.

On occasion, your local customs authorities or courier agents may charge the receiver duties, taxes or other fees, and may request that you complete a form or provide further documentation in order to complete delivery. If this payment or information is not provided by the stated deadline, your items may be returned or destroyed. This process is outside of our control and Vapefiend is unable to offer a refund or replacement for items that are destroyed. If you are unsure about any such communication from delivery couriers or customs agents, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer support. We are committed to helping you receive your order as quickly and painlessly as possible
