Simply create a Vapefiend account. If you already have an account with us, you are automatically enrolled! Just log in to view your balance.

How do I earn points on purchases?

Make sure you are logged into your account before checkout. Points (5% equivalent value) are automatically added to your account once your order is processed.

How do I redeem my points?

Click the Rewards launcher in the bottom corner of the screen or log into your account page. Select the discount value you wish to redeem to generate your unique voucher code for checkout.

Can I stack point discounts with other promo codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per checkout order, so rewards vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional code discounts.

Do points expire?

Your points will remain active as long as you make at least one purchase or point action within a 12-month period.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Point Expiration
    Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the date of the purchase or earning activity. Any unredeemed points will automatically expire after 12 months and cannot be restored or reinstated.
  2. Account Termination & Point Removal
    We reserve the right to modify, deduct, or remove rewards points from your account at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to suspend or close any customer rewards account without prior notice. Point removals or account suspensions may occur in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the rewards system, commercial reselling, or breach of these terms.
  3. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value
    Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be combined or moved between different accounts. Points hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or bank credit.
  4. Returns & Refunds
    If you return an item or cancel an order, any points earned from that purchase will be automatically deducted from your rewards balance. If points from a returned purchase have already been redeemed, your account balance may go into a negative point total.
  5. Program Changes & Cancellation
    We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Program (including point values, earning rates, and eligible items) at any time without notice.
