JYARZ unique TripleBlock™ design offers three layers of freshness, enhancing  dankness odor control: 

    1. A new red silicone o-ring (Child Proof Cap version) creates a seal is formed where the exterior cap and shell meet. Because this first seal is formed outside the threads, the entire container and its contents can be submerged in hot soapy water...clean it "cap-to-base" in seconds.
    2. A thick silicone gasket inside the cap, forms the second airtight seal where it meets the inner glass core. Each and every JYAR provides you with 3 layers of odor and freshness enhancing protection!
    3. The outer shell and cap are made of recycled HPDE plastic which has a waxy and slick feel, smelly substances don't readily adhere to it. 
    4. Add a new silicone sleeve to add color, strain labels and an additional layer of shock absorbing protection:

Seriously secure, great smell proof

Quite tough to open sometimes with my old hands. But they are great

Worst Storage Jar Ever!!!

Sorry to leave a bad review but these child proof JYARZ are rubbish. Don't get me wrong, they are built sturdy enough and I like the glass insert, but the child proof cap is terrible.

I don't know if mine is faulty (I did reach out to vapefiend but they didn't seem to think anything was wrong) but all it takes is an 1/8 of a turn and the lid comes off. Usually with a child proof lid you have to press down and then turn to open it, well mine doesn't work that way.

To test it I put it in my jeans pocket and went about my day. A couple of hours later I took it out and as I did the lid came off, NOT what you want from a storage jar!!!

I see that JYARZ also do a screw on cap version. I should of gone for that instead. Oh well, you live and learn I guess.

Child proof JYARZ

I bought the white by mistake clicked on the wrong one. got a normal JYARZ in indigo blue find that one better to open and close with arthritis. Great storage Smell Proof, portable water proof. If You have Kids the Child proof the winner, if nor the normal classic is better more colour choice and easier to open if you have any mobility issues. Also have other Jyarz Storage Containers, had My first 2 in 2018 they are Great now if You looking for Great Storage Air Tight that holds over an 1 ounce get the BIG PAPI, The new Satchmo is slightly smaller in Size than the Older on 2018, I got the Glass Mixed up and container would not close, tried the glass insert in the other Satchmo and it closed. May Present a problem if you need a replacement Insert for an older made Satchmo, the Glass in the Classic Jyarz and the Child proof fit great and doesn't matter if You mix them Up. Got to be honest for the price portability Sustainability Jyarz is A Winner easily stores or can be locked away from Prying eyes or Children.

So secure I can’t open it.

When the item arrived I checked it worked ok, which it did; then when I came to actually use it for the first time on 30 July 2023 (as I was going away) I couldn’t open it at all. I tried using a jar gripping mat that I use for opening stiff jam jars, and not even this fail safe assisted in getting it open. I was just about to arrange returning it when this email popped open.

Perfect!

This is ideal for carrying enough for a day trip - much better than carrying a grinder, as it's slim and fits in my pocket without being too bulky. It also holds more than the average grinder and is much easier for loading my Dynavap outdoors. It is tough, very well made and there are dense foam pads in the top and base to protect the glass if it gets dropped. Highly recommeded!
