Small vape, big clouds. Beautiful flavour and satisfying performance from Arizer’s pocket-sized vaporizer.

Smaller than you’d think, especially when it pumps out cloud after cloud of beautiful-tasting herbal vapour. The ArGo by Arizer is designed to go wherever you go, a pocket rocket that’s a cut above most small portable devices on the market.

Great flavour
Flavour is the most important thing in my book, and that’s why the ArGo immediately impressed me. There’s no comparison for the fresh, full taste that this diminutive device delivers, thanks to its all-glass vapour pathway, a slimmed-down version of the beloved design that owners of Arizer’s Solo and Air vapes have been shouting about for years. Unlike those devices, the ArGo’s glassware is protected as it’s actually incorporated into the body of the unit. I suspect this might have something to do with the seemingly never-ending thick, dense clouds that this lovely vape chucks out- I love the way I can take just a tiny amount of herb out with me for reloads, and often still have most of it left at the end of the day.

Efficient and easy to use
The ArGo is not just efficient- I also find it extremely easy to use, thanks to the clear digital display- no need for training sessions before passing this one around! It feels solid and well-made, and ideally suited as a travelling pocket-friendly vaporizer, especially as you don’t even need to grind your herbs- just pop them in and go. You get up to two hours’ vaping time thanks to the powerful 18650 battery, which can be swapped out for a fresh one for those marathon seshes or long journeys. And there aren’t many vapes that are this easy to clean and maintain- only the glass mouthpiece needs regular cleaning, and this can be done by soaking in DC Clear or alcohol, or even in the dishwasher.

The ArGo is a high-performance, low-hassle vape for today’s busy vaporist, and it’s also a perfect first vape for newbies.

Great wee portable vape, some quirks

This has a special place in my heart, bless its plastic shell. This was my daily personal vape at home and out and about for several years after my MiniVap died, and in general it was great (although I've moved onto the TinyMight 2 now). Would make a great first vape, or if you prefer something small and effective in this price range. But I had it long enough to see discover a few things to be aware of.

Firstly it's a little fragile. Definitely doesn't like being dropped on a hard surface; I managed to break a stem inside it that way, and it can be tricky to get out. I also broke the locking mechanism on the battery door dropping it once. So yeah don't drop it.

The screen is nice and clear but the buttons are a little fiddly small. They work just fine though.

I realised too late it's better to have a few batteries and rotate them than to use the USB to charge it all the time, because he connection is prone to breaking after a lot of use - which stopped my whole unit working for some reason, although I got a replacement under warranty. Sadly the device failed again less than a year later, not sure why, but at that point Arizer wanted me to send it back to them in the USA just to get a diagnosis. So that was the end of the Arizer Go for me.

But that was a good couple of years regular use and it might have lasted longer if I'd looked after it better. Plus there's a natty wee case that you can keep spare loaded tubes in.

Not struck on the Arizer ArGo

Well made, yes. Well designed. Not so much. The buttons are fiddly and to close together. It's a true triumph of great electronics and rather ludicrous human interface.

The only way to know it's heated up is a fairly feeble buzzer and I find the the tube is frequently stymied by material getting stuck - particularly when one shoves it in the wrong end.

Life changing

Stop smoking and start vaping! Been vaping since 2011 and every time I go back to smoking my life deteriorates. My 14 year old vape still works but it is very outdated and honestly not nearly as efficient as it once was. Getting the Arizer ArGo is helping me stop smoking. I have not touched ANY tobacco/cigarettes/nicotine since the day I got the vape in the mail. Should have upgraded years ago!

Excellent choice

I have been very happy with my purchase. The ArGo is my first dry herb vape, and I love it. Pocket sized with a long lasting battery, it has kept going all day. The chat, ber heats quickly and produces a surprising amount of vapour with a good kick of herbal goodness. It took me a long time to decide on this product, but the deliberation was worth it. Good things come to those who wait, and this ArGo is definitely very good. Also, the VaprFiend service has been spot on, with speedy delivery of item.

Classic Arizer signature vapour quality in an ultra compact form

My Air Max and my Solo 2 before that, have been two of my go to home portable because of the great vapour from their glass vapour paths. Their breakable and conspicuous glass stems, however, meant that I'd never take them to friends houses or on holiday. The Argo doesn't have this problem because the glass is in the main body of this fantastic compact device, the vapour quality is not quite as good as the Air Max, but it's still really tasty and the device is compact and very discreet. It's perfect for the garden or for holiday breaks. I would give it 4.5 stars, if I could. It got a couple of flaws, the heat up time is a bit long and the device gets a bit hot, but not unbearably so and it doesn't have USB C.
All in all, this a fantastic device with great flavour and it makes a tiny bit of flower go a long way. I can definitely recommend it. I'm really enjoying using it, especially on short breaks which it's ideal for.

This was first step into vaporisers

Discreet, easy to manage, replaceable parts. There are so many pros for this vape, although it's no longer a at home vape for me (iv upgraded to glass Charlie's tasty tube) if I'm going anywhere in public or even over a friend's this is what I'm taking with me. Great microdoser for ex smokers.
