My son was after a herb vape for Christmas. After lots of research of vapes & dodgy looking websites. I decided to go with Vapefiend. I bought him the Ariser Solo II. It arrived 2 days after ordering and was well packaged. My son loves it. It has different length pipes with rubber protectors to stop them getting damaged. It looked cool in the box. He said the flavour of his smoke is amazing & he doesn't have to use as much for a session. It's easy to clean too. I highly recommend vapefiend & the Arisor solo II

Mine is black. I've used it almost daily for over six years, and the battery is still strong.

Previously, I've had the Pax, the Pinnacle Pro, and Puffco Peak for concentrates.

Pax was very underwhelming. I bought it cos I saw it on Californication with David Duchovny.

I bought it cos I thought it looked cool, but it was high maintenance and didn't work while charging—a big no no for me.

Pinnacle Pro was good but prone to breaking. I had two replacements sent out. Ultimately, based on previous reviews, I decided to go with Arizer Solo 2.

It's super heavy-duty if you take care of it. Works while charging. Compatible with water tools. It doesn't concentrate, but that's okay cos I prefer flowers.

The design is really simple. It has a big battery, with an oven chamber and a decent-length pipe to allow airflow to cool a little.

Even at higher temps, the sensation isn't harsh. You don't have to pull hard if you don't overpack with too much flower.

Overpacking blocks the airflow, so don't do it and save yourself some hassle.

I have used mine almost daily for over six years, so you can be sure the quality and reliability are top.

Easy to clean and very low maintenance, to be fair. I clean the glass pipe every once in a while, but other than this, no other work has been required.

Like me, all the people I came across who owned the Arizer also held similar praise for the durability and ability to "taste" and appreciate the flavours.

Joints are for when feeling juvenile and social. All other times, this beats it hands down.

The solo 2 has been saving my life a tiny bit each time I think to use it for a number of years now, before it I had a solo 1. Arizer products are well designed and very reliable, the stems are unfortunately delicate vs concrete or most hard standings which demands a little more looking after perhaps, but the pay off is an all stainless and glass heat path and excellent flavour, just don't drop...Never mind though, spares are available, and the stems are very robust for the normal usage spec. Spares advised if you frequent tarmac or concrete paved areas most of the time, maybe I am just really clumsy though.

I use mine a lot which means it has gone many places with me and usage out and about can be much more subtle than sparking a cone, but don't fool yourself into thinking nobody knows, this is the price we pay for full flavour extraction. I think these are excellent value, particularly useful if you are trying to give up tobacco like me, as a quick no fuss device portable to quell the urges.
