Disappointed to have to pay when the device was still under warranty. The reason given seemed incredulous, that it would involve the broken part being sent to the USA, therefore it would be quicker to just buy a new one. Very poor service and a less than honest reason for me now being over £10 out of pocket inc P&P which I thought that at least should’ve be covered. I would not recommend any to buy from your company with that kind of aftercare.

Turns out I didn't need this.

Bought this because I want sure if the mouthpiece came with one. It did, so I stuck this extra one in the vapour path of my fury clone (it kinda fits, cools the vapour a little and collects residual concentrate)
