The original geometry of the cap has been kept by machining grooves to locate your captivations and utilize the digger outer when needed. This product is consistent with cap branding (shape, logo, etc.) and has a matte grey finish on stainless steel that will patina through usage. Additional mass to the cap will allow for slower, more thorough extractions whether you're on the couch or on the go.
The Armored Cap may have gotten bigger, but the branding gets smaller. The machined captivations and logo placement can be used as a visual reference on device heating. The Armored Cap will fit in any DynaVap stash when assembled onto a device.

This upgrade cap holds heat longer for powerful one-hit extractions. Customers said it "transforms any dynavap into a beast" and eliminates spinning while heating. Works excellently with torches and water pieces. However, some noted compatibility issues with induction heaters, longer heat-up times, and risk of combustion. A few found it restrictive or preferred standard caps.

Takes a lot longer to heat up, the added thermal mass doesn’t help extraction at all and because it’s thick af you can’t just bend it when the little divots wear down and it will be as loose as hell for the rest of time unless you squeeze it into an oval with a pair of pliers. Buy a captive cap instead.

Should come as standard on all dynavaps, works great! Has now been discontinued by dynavap. Your only option is to buy cap armour which is🗑️
Great upgrade for my M7XL. It's a shame that it's now been discontinued. The Cap Armour on a normal tip works just as well.
No spinning required and works well with an induction heater too. I ended up buying it for all my Dynas!

Great at holding heat but poor airflow compared to captive cap, also the digger is shorter/smoother and doesn't clear the chamber aswell.
looks good and i want to use it but not easy in the induction heater.. so inconvenient to use sadly.
I used an FMJ for some years and it has been great, no complaints.
I decided to get a spare cap just in case, and the armoured cap seemed the logical choice. It is so much better than the FMJ, holds the heat even longer with a similar warm up time. Highly recommended.

Much better than the standard cap and captive cap. Holds heat much better to give you really good vapour. You only need one heat cycle, rather than needing to reheat and hit the dynavap 2/3 times to get your full extraction of vapour from your herb. It is very much worth the upgrade. I used the fmj for a while, which gets similar results, but the armoured cap works even better. It's definitely the best upgrade I've got for my Dynavaps.

Pair the Armored cap with a steel tip like the B or any M tip and you are off to the races with a one hit extraction. Hands down my fave high temp long lasting extraction device. Just works hard.
It's quite different to a normal cap but definitely one of my favourite caps to use! Longer hits!
I bought one a few months back after finally breaking the original cap that came with my M2020. Really pleased I made the switch to the Armoured Cap it was worth it. It works perfectly with a single jet lighter and I much prefer it to the original.
I use a mini single flame touch and when in pain I'm not wanting to have be so careful and have to twist it ect so I got this and iv never had a problem, like with anything there is a learning curve but iv combusted once in maybe 100 uses.
Getting used to the dynavap M plus now,about a week and the armoured cap I definitely worth the upgrade. And again great service from this company vapefiend.
No issues with uneven heating. Does really well with heating to higher temperatures. Works better with a torch than an IH in my experience
Absolute game changer. So much easier to use and provides a really good vape. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner.
Get a full extraction in one hit, or time to relax whilst hitting at your leisure, I love the options this gives me. It eats my induction devices' batteries for breakfast
This is a great addition to my Dynavap M7 and helps me to get bigger rips whilst not having to fiddle about rotating it in a flame.
As someone who found spinning the cap annoying with the regular captive cap, the armoured cap is a bit of a game changer. It also performs really well on a water piece without the need to keep heating it between every pull. Must have for any Dyna head in my opinion.
finaly got round to trying the armored cap and i wish i had tried it sooner the extra bit of time you get over the standerd caps adds to the dynavap experince the caps are more sturdy will be buying some more to replace my old caps
Really good addition to my Dynavap setup. Works great with the Dynabong adapter on water pipes. Excellent service as always.
