Pretty good at reducing your load in the hyperdyn.
These are ok and not a bad price, come with a storage tube as well, if that's what you like... But after use I've decided I prefer the hyperdyn without capsules at all.

Works as expected, at first I was putting them in with the lid of the capsule facing up and it would get stuck every time but if you puy the lid it first it works fine and is a good way for a smaller dose to stretch ya stash 👍
they are great but unfortunately I have ordered wrong size
I used one , placed it in my hyper . Put cap on & I think the cap pushes it down I little bit more & it gets stuck , my magnet won’t get it out . Have to dissemble to get it out
