Low Temperature Captive Cap - Dynavap

The Woodwynd is my flavour station with this cap. I found the standard cap and Armor Cap too hot with this vap, so tried the low temp cap and it hits the perfect spot. Definitely worth a try if you're struggling with a hot draw on any of your vaps.

Very happy with my purchase from Vape Fiend but in common with other caps that I have it is not totally reliable in giving the two clicks. Very usable though and the second click is more reliable - I always count the 1 second flashes on my iSpire anyway and overall the Dynavap B does what I need. Thank you

I like to heat this cap up and then swap it out for the standard cap for one final hit. Works well

Love the low temp cap with a B tip and induction setup. My heater is very keen lets say so a low temp cap balances things out and gives me 4-5 heat cycles per bowl. Delish every time!

Nice addition to the collection. Quick cool down is handy for a speedy session.

The low temperature cap is an excellent addition to your setup if you want to taste those terps before they degrade or if you need to dial the heat down to save your lungs. I received a non-captive cap (perhaps a manufacturing defect?) but I am pleased I did as I needed one for using with my Vong tip which has been notoriously stiff with captive caps

Definitely clicks quicker. Nice when you’re using some proper vagrant flower.

The cap gives a lower temp which is a nice and taste a nice diffident experience I would recommend it to anyone who use a dynavap

This should be the first cap you get; less easily combusted, tastier.

The only cap I use when not using a water piece, great service from vapefiend as usual, arrived quickly.

Much prefer this to standard captive cap. Gives you the click sooner so less chance of combustion and a fuller extraction over quite a lot more cycles, never managed to count them….You can still push it to a very dark roast if you want to, towards the end of the bowl for maximum extraction, or swap to the standard cap to get there quicker depending whether or not you want to salvage the AVB.

Really great cap when paired with an FMJ. You get a lot more flexibility when pushing past the click and if you respect the click, you get a super flavourful hit. Great experience from Vapefiend as well. I will be ordering again from them.

Bought initially because I have a sensitive throat and worked a treat but you can also go past the click without a worry you’ll burn the herbs and still get good taste too you can also use with a FMJ for a nice one hit and not burn the herb at all this cap is a great little add on and am happy I bought it ✌

The low temp cap is great for medicating! I personally prefer the low temp cap because I fine it to be a little bit less harsh on the throat & if you still want that dark AVB just heat it pass the click for a few seconds. Got an older non captive cap that’s runs slightly hotter than these, but after catching covid and being floored for over a week even it was a little rough on the throat thru water, order one of these and I was able to vape much more smoothly my way back to health haha, so thanks guys you always go above and and beyond. lol

I have a 2020M SS tip half-chambered with steel washers triggered with an iSpire Wand, and I was finding that the medicine was overheating when waiting for the clicks using the standard cap.

This cap solves that problem :)

This cap is very good for medicating with half bowl.

I bought 2 vape cap one was low temp and one normal one, but I Don't know which is which and can't tell the difference! Is it possible that they are both the same? I love the vape none the less. Deliver was good fast and well packaged and everything :)

The low temperature cap is great, especially useful to have a bit more buffer time to heat after the click without danger of combusting, though precisely how long seems quite dependent on material.....would definitely recommend for longer sessions and daytime vaping though.... great service as usual too

I'm new to the Dynavap world; I am only a few months in, so things have only just started to click into place (pun intended), so take my opinion with a pinch of salt.

I do believe these low temp caps were the original cap, but for some reason they changed the design - this I can understand, although I feel there might be a few people out there who are missing out, and I strongly recommend at least experimenting with these.

For my own style of vaping (glass stem, ti tip, small adjustable bowl, and IH), I find this gives me the absolute perfect temperate right on the click (my preference lies towards erring safely on the side of combustion, but still nice and warm and plenty of vapour). This product seems to be marketed towards those who just desire taste (whatever that means.... I'm not entirely sure) but it really is so much more to it when you think about it - it gives you a wider window of opportunity to creep towards your desired hit, since you now have a click to time from.
