Kube 3.0 Grinder

Received the Krush 3.0 with a deep scratch that appeared to be a customer return sent. Complained and was offered a small discount, which I accepted. So not off to a good start.

Sometime outside the warranty period, the anti-friction o-ring disintegrated and broke, despite only using the grinder occasionally and lightly

Contacted Vapefiend (who had previously recommended the Krush 3 on their youtube channel) but said that there nothing that could be done. I also contacted the company in USA but got no response, so presumably no replacement rings are available.

I've spent the best part of 1 and a half grand on vapes and accessories at Vapefiend but this experience, bearing in mind the cost of the grinder, leaves a bad taste. I will be less likely to use Vapefiend in the future.

Loved this grinder, but the anti friction o ring lasted only a year before disintegrating, resulting in bits of plastic breaking off. Now when used it grinds away the finish due to metal on metal contact. Apparently there aren’t any replacements available so will need to find an alternative or a new grinder after about 18 months of use. Previous brands (e.g. space case, Santa Cruz etc.) have lasted 5-10 years no problem. Would expect a pricey grinder like this to last much longer.

Although I got a very quick reply from VF, it was fairly unhelpful and didn’t offer any way to help remedy the problem. Would be unlikely to consider ordering from this website again. I understand it’s not their product but even an offer of a discount for a new grinder wouldn’t have gone amiss considering what I’ve spent in the past on here.

Thank you Kube for making this grinder that is simple to use and a great shape. Thanks vapefiend for the brilliant service again.

...good is a mesh that was easy to remove from the ring in the catch area so it works as a 2 piece with a non filtered and larger catch area or even better a twist out dish?

Had this now for a while. For price it's a solid grinder. However it often doesn't have all the flower come through to the bin chamber. Also can take a while to grind.

Great grinder great for getting proper purchase

As someone who suffers from weak grip, the shape of his grinder is amazing really easy to grip and is easy to use even if you were to fill the grinder up all the way
