Fantastic product & even better service!

I couldn’t be happier with this glass mouthpiece! Durable glass that feels still lightweight enough for daily use. The airflow is super smooth, and the flavor difference is immediately noticeable. It really enhances the whole experience, cooler hits, cleaner taste, and no plastic aftertaste whatsoever.

The fit on my Puff Pivot was spot-on right out of the box, snug but easy to remove for cleaning. Speaking of which, cleaning is a breeze.

Super easy collection process! The team made everything so simple, communication was clear, pickup was quick, and they were genuinely welcoming and friendly when I arrived. It’s rare these days to find staff who are not only knowledgeable but also clearly passionate about what they do. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
