Brilliant product, even better customer service!

I purchased this just before Christmas turned up the next day, the built quality is excellent as other reviews have stated its got nice thick glass and also has a nice weight, for the price it's a steal! I also wanted to leave this review as the guys at vapefiend went above and beyond for me on this item.
I had a small issue with my order that was resolved in less than 24 hours with a replacement piece sent out to me instantly

As stated by other reviewers , this is a quality piece of glass, reassuringly heavy and stable.

Pairs nicely with a B1 with the added bonus of being able to use an 18mm whip on the mouthpiece.
