Simrell SS FMJ for Dynavap

I grabbed it because it used to be more expensive than the cap amour. It ended up being my favourite on a perforated cap.

I feel like with good torch work you can get a normal cap to work better but these do help

Makes any cap more stealthy and adds a touch of beast mode to my set up

Does the job, don't have to spin dynavap to vape. Can sometimes be tricky to get on and off, may need to adjust but can be hard.

One hit extraction king! Well worth it!

Very worthwile and effective upgrade for the dynavap cap. It's almost as good as the armoured cap. You can get full extraction from a bowel in one heat cycle. Also, the fact you don't need to spin the dynavap to get proper extraction of vapour is a real bonus. I burnt myself at least half a dozen times using the standard cap without this by accidentally dropping the dynavp on me while twirling it. I haven't done it once since using this badboy. Great hits, easy upgrade and a simple design... what's not to love! Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their dynavap for a reasonable price.

Such a simple device can turn ur Dynavap into a 1 hitter no joke , fantastic device.

Fast post delivery and the Simrell FMJ has improved my Dynavap M. It now heats more evenly with more predictable results.
Now I need Simrell titanium performance kit but it's sold out everywhere.
Volcano is king tho for tasty vapeat low temp.

Causes an awful taste. I've thrown it away as copper oxide is toxic. I'll be looking for a stainless steel one instead.

This little copper cover takes my dynavap to 11. If your buying a dynavap spend the £10 and get one of these you won’t regret it.

Defo worthwhile addition. Adds an extra hit and takes away the need to rotate, win, win!

The copper FMJ works well on the Dynavap M. It was a bit tricky to fit initially and needed slight adjustment, better too tight than loose though! it does improve the vape process over using the bare Dynavap.

My dynavap B has been a saviour for me, I've given up using a pipe which ripped my throat to bits, and flared my asthma, but lately the B just wasn't delivering for me, so inevitably I started heating it up too much and combusting my weed, taking me right back to where I started.
I had sort of decided on an apollo 2 convection heater, but they're so expensive! So I read a bit, and discovered the Simrell FMJ for Dynavap.
It turned out to be the best decision I've made!

I so wanted to love the FMJ and was looking forward to trying it. It sounded like just what I needed from description and reviews.

Couldn’t be more the opposite unfortunately. It takes ages to heat to the click and doesn’t seem to last any longer that my old M without captive cap, before the cooling clicks.

It doesn’t get hot enough to fully get all the goodness out. Even after 2 or 3 heats, I still feel that there is more to extract, compared to my old M. You don’t have to spin the device when heating, but otherwise feels less effective and more hassle than a basic Dynavap from 4 years ago.

Worst of all, it is impossible to remove from a cap without damage. After realising it wasn’t good I wanted to get it off, but it was not happening despite great care and effort. I ended up damaging a brand new captive cap, so have wasted even more money.

Such a shame and VF have always been great, but this item is definitely not worth bothering with in my experience.

Very positive, it transformed my Dyna experience. Now I can load the tip and heat without needing to twist, making water pipe usage less of a hassle. On a B and an M, it is a single hit extraction, evenly toasted, and massive vapour!

Consistent hits, very easy to master

The extra thermal capacity not only increases the duration the vape can be used for, it also protects it from combustion while heating up!!
At first I thought it was a shame it did not fit in the vapoven. Having used it with a torch, I am sure it would take too long to heat up using a typical low power induction heater if it did fit.
It's so good it made me switch back to a torch.
