5 stars even in the face of adversity.

It's happened to us all. Something is missing from your order. It's paid for, clearly an oversight and resolutions to these issues very greatly from company to company, sometimes with personnel from the same company.
I value service over product, it's needed when oversights occur and the team here not only dealt with and actioned the issue within moments of it being raised, I was also followed up with. Other companies with less than superb customer service records could take some pointers from The Vapefiend Team.
