Doesn't fit right

As you can see from the photos, the 14mm side of the adapter doesn't fit all the way in my bubbler. First picture is a different glass connector I have to show how it should properly fit and second picture is this adapter. You can clearly see the problem. It doesn't fit right and wiggles. Also can't be secured with a keck clip (from the 14mm side). The 18mm side works fine though.
The was also a stain which didn't go away when washed with iso (third picture). Wouldn't had bothered me if fit right I guess.

Love Vapefiend they are tops.
