works very well if you don't overload chamber and clean after every use - really recommend as always good to have as a back up

It’s like the connection between the battery and the chamber is dodgy - it rarely works, mostly just flashes. Cleaning it sometimes helps, currently doesn’t. Seems to be no pattern to it… not to mention the chamber broke within a week, same as my previous that this replaced; however I’ve been using a vision chamber which seems to not break the same way, now the only issue is the battery not connecting with it properly. Wish there was another product this subtle that I could buy to replace it but sadly not from this site at least. A bit gutted but still all the love to vapefiend for helping me get a warranty replacement regardless.

The pen worked for the initial two days then stopped working - no support. Gave vapefiend the oppurtunity to help and resolve however they weren't bothered - just seemed to want to keep my money. Product not fit for purpose whatsoever, put the money towards a new Peak Pro and order elsewhere. Everyone that I have spoken to has said that their plus has stopped working as it should after the first few cycles.
PBA the battery is also useless.

I really like this since it’s discreet, and affordable; however anyone who buys this should be made aware that the perfectly white chamber insides will go black at the bottom, and the thing to clean out is only the oil residue, don’t attempt to clean the bottom back to its original colour. I thought at first I wasn’t cleaning properly, must have cleaned too vigorously as the chamber’s connection to the power broke and only works at very specific rotations of the inner chamber. I bought another chamber and will take more care, and would still recommend this product tbf just should come with a warning about the chamber maybe!
