Standing at 2.44″ (( size of The “M” fully assembled )) the Shorty Vortex is the smallest of Simrell's devices. This original cooling system is a little pocket rocket that can deliver cool tasty rips, or you can remove the intercooler for an experience that’s bound to make you look at your device and question how the hell it slaps like an angry mother back in the 90’s. When used with a Dynavap Tip/cap, this setup will fit in the same stash as your “M”. Pair with a Highflow Intercooler and low temp cap for some flavorful hits or pair with a standard cap and standard Intercooler for optimal extraction and cooling. When using our Titanium Adapter, the Shorty Vortex can be used as a whip mouthpiece or a Storez & Bickel Mighty/Crafty mouthpiece.

The Vortex Stem is built from medical grade titanium, with a philosophy of “simple sophistication.” Expertly crafted with the smoker in mind, its torpedo, pen-shaped body mimics the look and feel of a well-rolled joint. The tapered shape mates with any 10mm connection, so you can drop it in your favorite glass pipe. The distinctive Simrell logo is artistically offset from the airport. When you look at the logo head on, you can see straight through the airport, into the unobstructed airpath that creates the vortex.

Offset airport changes the game
With the original Dynavap, air enters through the airport and randomly disperses around the insulation tube before reaching the heating chamber. With the Vortex Stem, however, air spirals around the tube, creating a vortex that literally pulls the vapor out of your herbs, for denser, thicker hits. The airport’s teardrop shape and tapered edge let you fine tune the air flow like never before.

Coolest Dyna-vapor around
The Vortex Stem’s durable, medical grade titanium intercooler produces some of the coolest, smoothest vapor you can get from a Dynavap, with even more air flow. Its spiral shape lengthens the vapor path, and creates more surface area to cool the vapor before reaching your lips. As an added bonus, the Vortex Stem can be used with any vaporizer you it attach to. Pull off the Dynavap tip, grab an adapter, and use your imagination!

 
One piece, easy to clean design
Cleaning the Vortex Stem couldn’t be easier, due to its unibody design without o-rings. Remove the intercooler from the stem, and soak both parts in some rubbing alcohol (we recommend using isopropyl alcohol, with an alcohol content of 91% or higher, to protect the anodizing). Rinse, dry, assemble, and vape!

Looks cool

Looks great but no different from the first model really,it feels slightly lighter and may get hotter easier but if you want to be aesthetically pleased this is a great edition to your stem collection and is bound to give you good clouds of vapour no complaints with the stem.

Smooth and elegant It has a nice balanced weight to it. The difference between no Vortex generator(?) and the two supplied needs to be tried to be believed. Well worth the cash

A touch of class

Very happy with mine vapour seems cooler and the taste is more terpy esp when used with a full metal jacket. At first I was gutted I had paid so much on a stem but if you want the finer things in life you have to spend some dough!

I love it i was expecting more i thought it would fit my bong but i think i need to invest in some more simrell bits and make my vape no so hot but i cant see much difference from Dynavap M , it gets a little hot

Great stem

Looks nice and feels good in the hand. The vapour feels much cooler than the m-model stems. The short can get a bit hot to the touch if you close the airport a lot. The price means this won’t be for everyone. It definitely enhances the dynavap experience, but doesn’t really “change” it significantly imo.
